A one day workshop has been held on Friday at the Coconut Groove Hotel to train staff from selected Divisions and Units

from Ministry of Education (MoE) and Ghana Education Service(GES) on Grievances Redress Mechanisms.

Dr Eric Twum, a consultant for Safeguards under the Secondary Education Improvement Project (SEIP),

trained staff on the importance of the mechanism and how it operates as the project would address complaints from stakeholders on issues concerning the Ministry and GES.
