TTAG Judicial Committee Fines Two Petitioners GH¢150 Each for Contempt

The Judicial Committee of the Teacher Trainees Association of Ghana has fine two petitioners of Gh¢150.00 each for Contempt.

The Petitioners Saviour Gokah and Benjamin Nubour who petitioned the judicial committee concerning the election of the 2016/17 national executives of the Association into office,a petition that has led the judicial committee calling for a Re-election after their findings proved that the National president, National General Secretary and national organizing Secretary were not validly elected.

Meanwhile,the Judicial committee accused the petitioners of contempt for  circulating the petition on the social media before bringing it to the committee.

The fine was to be paid into the Association’s account within a period of 14 days of this ruling.Failure to do so according to the JC will attract appropriate sanctions.
