The National Teaching Council has instructed all Teachers posted from the Colleges of Education to the Public Basic Schools to Pay an agreed GH¢20 to be able to acquire their Teacher Registration Numbers.
In a statement issued by the National Teaching Council,dated December 22,2017.,the NTC explained that that the amount was meant for processing of the Registered Numbers of the Newly Posted Teachers.
The National Teaching Council has however, instructed all Principals of the various Colleges of Education to add the said amount as part of the Graduation fees of all Newly Posted Teachers for the 2017/18 AcademicYear.

The Principals are in turn expected to Chanel the processing fees in bulk to the National Teaching Council.
The National Teaching Council has however indicated, that The Teachers shall be issued with Registered Numbers upon receipt of the Processing fees and then be allowed to apply for their Personal Identification Numbers (PIN) on the NTC’s website. and follow the steps thereof.
