Just In: Law Firm orders Arrest of Wonder Avorgbedor as Teacher Trainees’ JC expelled him indefinitely from Trainee Students’ Politics

A one time  aspirant to the highest office and former vice President of the Teacher Trainees Association of Ghana, Wonder Avorgbedor has been pronounced wanted by a law firm ,Dwumfour and Dwumfour Chambers.

The law firm of which the counsels of Mr Paul Wonder Avorgbedor claimed to be representing responded to a letter written by the Judicial Committee of the Teacher Trainees Association of Ghana, after Winder and two of his cohorts,Osei Wusu Amankwah and Akwasi Opoku Agyeman were involved in a legal tussle with the Judicial committee of which the two cohorts were described by Wonder as his lawyers from the above mentioned law firm.

The Judicial Committee wrote to the law firm to confirm the identity of the two self-acclaimed counesels.

In a response from the above mentioned law firm,it has been revealed that the two individuals were unknown to their outfit.

A phone call placed to the Senior in Chambers of Dwumfour and Dwumfour Chambers further detailed that Osei Wusu Amankwah and Akwasi Opoku Agyeman (the self-acclaimed counsels) of Mr Paul Wonder Avorgbedor were not their representatives neither do they have any association with the firm.

The Senior in Chambers added that the two individuals together with Mr Paul Wonder Avorgbedor be apprehended and handed over to the security agencies for appropriate legal actions.

Sanctions By Judicial Committee

In a ruling by the Judicial Committee headed by its Acting Chairman Mr.Oscar Kofi Agbo ,the JC had concluded that the actions of Mr Paul Wonder Avorgbedor is that of contempt, gross insubordination and impersonation considering the fact that he together with two other individuals used the name of a law firm (Dwumfour and Dwumfour Chambers) to deceive the Judicial Committee and the Association as a whole and thus an act of criminality.

The Judicial Committee therefore rules that Mr Paul Wonder Avorgbedor per his actions is not deemed fit to occupy any office of the association be it local, sector or national.

Paul Wonder Avorgbedor is a former student of Prempeh College in Kumasi ,and Offinso College of Education respectively.
