In a ruling by the Judicial Committee headed by its Acting Chairman Mr.Oscar Kofi Agbo ,the JC had concluded that the actions of Mr Paul Wonder Avorgbedor is that of contempt, gross insubordination and impersonation considering the fact that he together with two other individuals used the name of a law firm (Dwumfour and Dwumfour Chambers) to deceive the Judicial Committee and the Association as a whole and thus an act of criminality.
