Elect More Ladies into Student Leadership Positions – ADACOE Dean of Students Affairs

The Dean of Students Affairs of the Ada College of Education  Mr. Henry H. Cofie has suggested  to Students in the Colleges of Education to consider electing Female Students into leadership positions at all levels of Education.

He made this statement on Monday  during the 21st Annual Delegates Congress of the Eastern and Greater Accra Sector of the Teacher Trainees’ Association of Ghana hosted by Ada College of Education.

The Patron of the SRC who represented the Principal of the College during the Congress also spoke of the neccesity of Women to take up leadership positions bith in College and at the National Front.

Welcoming the delegates to the Congress,he reminded them of the need to represent the ideas of their various Colleges and contribute to issues that mostly affects the Students of the various Colleges in the Sector.

He however advised the delegates to be interactive with the other stakeholders of Education to help solve their problems and not only in the interst of the Association.

The Dean of Students also advised the delegates to elect competent and very instrumental leaders and not leaders based on only their respective personalities.
