Deceased All Nations University Student Did Not Fall – PRO

The All Nations University in the Eastern region has rejected media reports that one of its student who died on Wednesday fell from a four-storey building hostel.

The first year oil and gas student known as Darlington reportedly fell from the last floor of the school’s hostel Wednesday morning.

Students who confirmed the incident to Starr News said they are unaware of what caused Darlington to fall from the last floor of the four storey building known as the Ebenezer hostel.

Police are currently investigating the circumstances under which the student died. His body has since been deposited at the Koforidua general hospital.

But the school authorities are disputing the circumstances under which the student died.

Owusu Acheamfuor, the Public Relations Officer of the University said several security arrangements have been put in place to protect the students.

“We have 25 security services around here and we have about 15 security men and women around and they work 24 hours…but now it is only the Police who actually establish the actual cause of death.”
