The Nursing and Midwifery Council has conducted a Foreign Trained Licensing for students under its jurisdiction.
A total number of 22 candidates comprising twenty (20) Registered General Nurses and two (2) Registered Midwives have sat for the December 2017 foreign trained licensing examination.
Candidates who sat for the examination were those who had their training outside Ghana.
The Licensing Examination which was conducted by the Nursing and Midwifery Council, on December 8,2017 saw the candidates not in any specific nursing attire.
Though many questioned the intention, others believed it was due to the fact that they studied outside the country and not in any specific Nursing College in Ghana.
The candidates were also served with Bottled water during the Licensing Examination.
